How to make: If you don't have access to an espresso steam wand to steam the milk and hot chocolate mix, why not try this little cheat? Add three rounded dessert spoons of Teifi Siocled to a large cafetiere jug and add a dash of boiling water to make a very weak 'paste' with a mini-whisk or fork; Heat 3/4 cup of full fat milk or milk alternative to near boiling (low heat until you see ripples on surface); Add to cafetiere jug; Place the cafetiere gauze onto the jug and plunge up and down until frothy and aerated (liquid will increase in volume by 50%).
